Ken K. Fung is an attorney with TechKnowledge Law Group LLP. Ken represents clients in various intellectual property and antitrust matters in district court and is experienced in Section 337 investigations in front of the U.S. International Trade Commission.

Ken was previously affiliated with Freitas, Tseng & Kaufman LLP. He received his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2011 with an emphasis on intellectual property and antitrust. Prior to law school, he worked as a paralegal in the Silicon Valley offices of Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe and in the San Francisco offices of Arnold & Porter. During his time as a paralegal, Ken has helped represent clients such as Acer, Intel, and Compal in various district courts and the U.S. International Trade Commission in complex intellectual property disputes. Ken has also helped represent Visa in a large scale antitrust matter.
